At Fundamental Golf, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We do not require items to be shipped back to us in most cases. Please contact us first at ejacobsen2025@gmail.com before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
To request a refund, email us at ejacobsen2025@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll make it right immediately — no need to return the item. Just contact us with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
